In this document, "luke bd", "we", "our" or "the platform" refers to the website at https://luke-bd.cam and all services under it. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who accesses this site or uses its services through a registered account.

These terms and conditions define the relationship between users and luke bd and clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties. This document falls under the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

These terms apply to all services on luke bd — including casino games, sports betting, live games, fishing games and all other gaming activities. Where a specific bonus or promotional offer has its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these general terms.

Creating a personal account is required to use gaming services on luke bd. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. luke bd reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is found to have been provided.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, or uses someone else's account, all related accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

luke bd may request identity verification from a member at any time. Withdrawal processing may be on hold until identity is confirmed. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification.

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your login details (username and password) private and do not share them with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify luke bd support immediately.
• luke bd will not be responsible for unauthorised use by third parties.
• Change your password regularly for security.

By declaring their age at registration, the member confirms they are over 21. luke bd may request documents to verify age at any stage. If a member is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any deposits, where refundable, will be returned through the designated process.

Additionally, users from regions where online gaming is prohibited under local law may not use the service. Each member is responsible for knowing the laws applicable in their own region.

luke bd handles financial transactions using payment methods common in Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals can only be made from a registered account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made from the member's own mobile number or bank account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Cryptocurrency and foreign currency are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal through the same method used for the deposit will be preferred.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

luke bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000 — to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotional offer applies once per household, per device or per IP address.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot exceed the specified maximum limit — luke bd will state this limit on the relevant offer page.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, luke bd may investigate and suspend the account.
• The weekly luke bd deposit festival, slots bonus, cricket season special offers and other regular promotions each have their own separate terms.

All games on the luke bd platform are operated through third-party software providers. Game results are determined by the relevant provider's RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and luke bd has no involvement in that process.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or event has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown on the relevant game page. If unusual betting patterns are observed, luke bd reserves the right to cancel bets at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server or network problem, luke bd will where applicable attempt to cancel the bet and return the staked amount. However, claims to cancel a bet on technical grounds after a game has already concluded will not be accepted.

6.3 Sports Betting Policy

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed before the final result is announced.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable policy.
• Odds may be updated after being published; the odds at the time a bet is placed are considered final.
• Bets linked to match fixing or any other dishonest activity will be cancelled.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the luke bd platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to luke bd's systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Stealing another member's information or attempting to access their account without authorisation.
• Creating an account using a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).

luke bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in any prohibited activity listed in Section 7.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid withdrawable balance remaining before closure will be returned through the designated process.

• If a game is interrupted because the member's internet connection drops.
• For technical errors or delays on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If login details are leaked or an account is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• If service is disrupted by circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government orders).
• If any game is discontinued or modified by the game software provider's decision.

In any circumstance, luke bd's liability will be limited to the amount of the deposit available in the member's account.
